Partner Development
Exemplifying the brand, embodying the culture and ensuring the legacy of your firm
Overview
The role of a Partner in a professional services firm is to exemplify the brand, embody the culture and ensure the legacy. Although many Partners are excellent ambassadors for the firm, they are incentivised to focus on growth sometimes to the detriment of ensuring its longer-term legacy. Our Partner sessions challenge leaders to change their own ways of working and thinking, instilling a renewed sense of purpose by redefining and developing the behaviours they need, to achieve the firm’s aims.
Typically, we will work with a Partner group to help them define the firm’s strategic objectives, to critically examine their values and culture and to define the behaviours that exemplify the firm’s brand.
Partner Development is facilitated by Openside tutors all of whom have held senior roles within top-tier consulting and professional services firms. This deep heritage and experience in professional services and consulting means we have the experience, credentials and assuredness to handle even the most challenging senior executives.
If you would like to find out how our approach to Partner Development can refocus your senior leadership team to create a lasting legacy for your organisation, please contact us directly.
