Cath started working with Openside in 2022, having worked in private and public sector consultancy for the last 20 years, delivering process transformation and business change for a range of key clients, across four continents.
Cath started her career in engineering, then returned to study where she found her niche in economics, completing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics, with a focus on the economics of security and conflict at University of Natal. Core consulting skills were honed during her tenure at Proudfoot Consulting in South Africa before she moved to work for CSC in London.
At Openside, Cath delivers programmes on analytical problem solving, storytelling and new managers/future stars.
In her free time, Cath likes to explore her adopted home city of London, to travel abroad, build architectural models, and relishes any opportunity for a wild swim.
