Zoe is an experienced Business and Transformation Consultant specialising in coaching, personal development and collaborative problem solving.
Zoe started her career at Capgemini Consulting before moving to KPMG. She subsequently established herself as a consultant in her own right and has delivered engagements across the globe to some of the world’s leading firms.
Working alongside leaders and executives, Zoe has successfully project managed and facilitated over 250 engagements spanning many industries and covering a vast range of challenges, from vision and strategy development and operating model design through to detailed requirements gathering, program implementation, stakeholder engagement and training.
Zoe brings this depth and breadth of experience to Openside which she uses to equip participants with the tools, knowledge and processes to collaboratively understand and solve complex challenges, in an accelerated, engaging and sustainable way.
Zoe holds a BSc Honours degree from the University of Bath in International Management and Modern Languages as well as ICF and AC accredited diplomas in Personal Transformation Coaching, Group Coaching, Somatic Coaching and Mindfulness.
Zoe is an active member of her local tennis club and voluntary coach with local charities and armed with her camera and the latest books on psychology, she also enjoys travelling around the world, especially to Australia, her second home.Back
