Jacqui Isaacs

Jacqui is an accomplished business consultant with 20 years cross-industry experience in facilitating and motivating business transformation and sustainable behavioural change. She has worked in private and public sector firms across the globe.

In 2013, Jacqui became an independent change management consultant, advising blue chip companies on organisational change and transformation, leadership development and alignment.

Much of Jacqui’s expertise was honed during her consulting career at CSC where she created repeatable assets that were applied by organisational change practitioners globally. It was during her time at CSC that Jacqui developed her skills as a training designer and delivery expert, facilitating sessions on organisational change, communications and consulting skills.

Jacqui holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from Surrey University and spent ten years of her career driving improvement and radical change across a broad range of manufacturing businesses internationally. This global experience enabled Jacqui to develop an appreciation of human behaviour and, by recognising behaviours that were natural, habitual and cultural, she successfully aligned her consulting approach and interventions to enable sustainable change.

Outside of work Jacqui is a keen sports fan (as a spectator). Her passions also include music (playing the piano and attending gigs), trapeze (hanging upside down clears her mind), traveling and cultivating the sports and musical talents of her teenage son.
