In the late 80’s and early 90’s, when I was delivering introductory ‘Consulting Skills’ training worldwide to IBM, I used to run monthly programmes at their training centre in La Hulpe.

What was particularly memorable from that time – apart from the millions of rabbits in the grounds and the constant presence of ‘Lapin’ on the menu – was a series of posters they had on the walls from a 1985 exhibition called ‘Quest for Quality’.

We were all given a small booklet at the time and the fact that I still have it probably reflects the impact it had on me.

I thought it was time the images and the quotes were shared again, so we have restored and published them in the form of an advent calendar.

Behind each ‘door’ you will find a different quote to reflect on as 2018 draws to a close. I hope you find the posters as impactful and thought-provoking as I did.
