We’re looking for professionals who can join our existing team of tutors to deliver our development programmes.
Our clients include some of the world’s leading consulting and professional services firms and also global organisations looking to adopt the best practices and behaviours from the world of professional services.
As such, we’re quite discerning about who we take on. All our current tutors are former consultants from top-tier consulting and professional services firms including: Arthur D Little, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, Deloitte, KPMG, PA Consulting and PwC.
You’ll need to have extensive professional experience in management consulting, law or accounting at senior manager level or higher, preferably with a blue-chip international firm. It’s critical that you have the right level of experience and educational background, as well as first-class people development skills.
The programmes you’ll deliver typically consist of a mix of presentations, individual and team coaching, group workshops, role playing and case studies. Consulting, tutoring, training development and coaching skills are essential. While you would work primarily in delivery, an ability to help nurture existing client relationships and cultivate new business opportunities would be an advantage.
We have very exacting standards, but we also want the best for our team. We take as much pride in our open, friendly culture as we do in our professional excellence. Many of our tutors — like many of our clients — have been with us for years.
